Upon arrival at Gran Canaria our bags were delayed coming out and our driver very kindly waited for 1 hour for us and then dropped us at our hotel in Puerto Rico. That was a fantastic and we enjoyed our holiday.
Our return flight was booked for Wednesday 7th August and we’re due to be collected at 18:05. As instructed we waited at reception of the hotel from 15 minutes before collection.
At 18:20 we called the emergency number to explain that we had not been collected and were waiting to be told it’s ok driver is 2 minutes away.
10 minutes later we called again, the lady on the phone was terribly rude she told us that there was no issue and put the phone down on us.
We called back and asked the reception team to talk to her which she did very briefly and told the reception team that we were ‘maldito’ which translates to cursed / devil as the reception advised us and then put the phone down on us again.
Reception advised us that the driver was at the airport and not at the hotel to collect us and there was no booking for our hotel for today.
We immediately called the UK emergency line who after investigating told us that the minibus had broken down and gave us two options to wait a further 15/20mins or pay for two taxi’s (as there were 7 of us) which would amount to €160.
We chose to wait which was very difficult with two neurodiverse children (one with adhd and the other autism).
At 18:55 a new minibus arrived and at this point we were advised that the original driver had gone to the wrong hotel!
We arrived at Las Palmas airport and the new driver was fantastic.
The low rating is based on the shoddy and quite frankly rude customer service received by the emergency number not from the drivers.
Seriously consider very carefully if using this company.

Not Great!!!
There were 4 of us travelling, with our Daddy being a double amputee and wheelchair user. Our collection from airport was class with driver really helping Daddy in and out of bus. I spoke to driver and stated that a car would be better for Daddy on return and he advised that he would tell office and that I could let them know also.
I confirmed this with office before returning. However they sent a minibus again and then advised that we would need to pay before using the wheelchair lift at the back of bus. I contested the charge and the driver then rang female in office and she advised that there's a charge to use the lift. I think the charge was around 30 euro. Unbelievable to charge a person in a wheelchair to use an accesible lift. Especially when we stated that a car is more suitable, yet they still sent the minibus. Doesn't make sense. Wouldn't bother with this crowd.
