ABSOLUTE SCAM! Even giving them one star makes me sick. Absolutely every single step of “beware of moving scams” was done to us by this so called company.
Quoted roughly $2500,
I stressed MULTIPLE times that this needs to be delivered by a certain date as it contained my husbands mechanic box for his new job, I was assured several times that yes it would be(unless there was traffic or a storm)
I was NEVER informed they would broker the job out to whoever they pleased, they acted as if they were the moving company.
I actually overshot the amount of items I had to be safe.
I was told they would be arriving the next day, and driver would call when he was on the way… crickets. Nobody called until that evening to say they would be there the day after the next day.
The call came from someone who said my name is ____ with Hercules.
WRONG he was from blue diamond movers in Kansas City, a company rated F on the BBB, who has changed names and licenses multiple times due to fraudulent practices. They showed up in a rented enterprise truck.
The movers showed up, made us sign our blank bill of lading forms before anything was ever estimated, the quote sheet was blank, and the only thing we didn’t sign before loading was the sheet that said “sign this only before loading, don’t sign if it’s blank, and don’t sign if loading has already begun”. That form we were made to sign after. We were told we had more than quoted with no proof at all. We barely had any furniture, the most we had was washer dryer big toolbox(already paid an extra bulky fee) and two mattresses as far as xl items go. Our $2500 quote then changed to $5700 AFTER everything was loaded onto the truck. At that point we were not allowed to remove it from the truck. We were made to pay with either Venmo or Zelle… could not use a credit card. When I sent the payment it was to “logistic moving service” which I thought was odd.,.. more posted in second review

I couldn't be more impressed with Hercules Moving Solutions! From the initial consultation to the final box being unloaded, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly courteous. The movers arrived on time, handled all my belongings with the utmost care, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was packed and transported safely. This company does not do a walk thru to determine the size of the move. After securing our move date which was not a solid date but a timeframe the driver showed up and determined the move was much bigger than the quote and we would need to pay more. The driver also said that full coverage insurance was not available. The "packers" were random people he found on the Internet who had no experience or skill. As you will see from the photos some items were not packed at all and some so poorly as to not be safe. After paying premium moving company prices we were dismayed as our goods were delivered. Many items were broken. They broke a mirror coming off the truck and stashed it by the side of the house we found it the next day. After reaching out for the process to make a claim I was ignored.

Update: A representative reached out today to let me know they would call me concerning the issues I have, I have yet to hear back.

I did receive a call from the contracted company as Hercules is a brokerage. The actual moving company that did our move has said they will address my issues. I will withhold comment/review on their company as this progresses. I would have reached out to this company initially, but this is the first I have heard of or from them. I've found the best customer service in a moving company. Hercules Moving Solutions offered the lowest price and highest delivery time with the best customer service from "Albert "; he is a positive addition to his team. I needed to change the dates for pickup several times, and Albert at Hercules Moving Solutions was accommodating throughout my entire process. Thank you, Hercules Moving Solutions, the big shout out to Albert. I would recommend this moving company to my family and friends

This was the BIGGEST MOST EXPENSIVE worst experience I have had dealing with a business. In May , I was quoted approx $4,000 for an across country full pack, full assemble, disassemble, storage and delivery transaction. By August, I had paid a total of $12,000 in total because the carrier kept threatening to put my things up for Auction if I did not pay more and more and more. It was the most awful experience as it felt they were holding my stuff for ransome. A lady named Raquel Rivera/ Rachel Wright was pretending to be the understanding supportive helpful one on the line as “ Dispatch” “ Allen” or “ Abu Tineh” ( all the same dishonest people involved with the hustle) work with each other to create conflict and problem solve and gain your trust so Raquel/ Rachel can then tell you that the discounts you were promised were in your imagination, even though it’s on your invoice, and pay more that double the estimate or you don’t get your stuff. Also they don’t take credit cards or cash or personal checks. Only cashiers checks/money order type thing.
When they arrive, they showed 4 hrs late without enough help and no supplies. My husband had to go purchase supplies. Then did not know how to wrap stuff and pack it. After hours of stress and me trying to just cancel the whole thing, WE packed our stuff and they loaded it saying I was over 900 cubic feet over estimate. The truck was full. They wanted a ton more $ it was midnight and I didn’t have enough $ orders. Only to find out they lied and claimed 688 cubic feet of empty space they didn’t use and charged. They wrote inventory that didn’t exist on the inventory sheet. (Later we figured this out) so this Abu Tineh guy was screaming at me demanding money on the phone. I said I’d pay it in the morning. They left. First thing in the morning this man started calling harassing and screaming at me over, and over and over, so Raquel/ Rachel pretended to put out the flames which was later found out to be their “ schtick”. And, time went on waiting for time for delivery. My belongings were in storage 3 weeks when Tineh started harassing again saying my things were going to storage if he did not get $4000 that hour. So “Raquel/Rachel” saved the day and only made me pay $2,000. Mind you I had free storage. I didn’t owe anything. Then we got a delivery date and they demanded a huge unrealistic payment to get my things taking away discounts given from the beginning. So, $ 12,000 I have a storage unit stacked 6 boxes high tipping over, I can hear glass that has shattered in the boxes and have to pay another company to get them out safely so I can see the condition of my things. hHORRIBLE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE! It’s a SCAM. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT!!!! The BBB Hhas complaints and every place there is to make business complaints. These people need to be out of buisness!!! They CLAIM to be in Florida and have shipping through SSI out of Texas. well, “Raquel/Rachel” was in Texas right near me I found out which is sad because she let me cry to her on the phone because I couldn’t get cash to her fast enough with the last minute deadline they give. And she was 30 min away. Heartless. Terrible on every level. Do not use these people.

Worst experience moving I have ever had!!!!
The movers on moving day increased the price to more than double the original quote. That was just the beginning, the movers were very unprofessional, did not handle our items properly and didn’t accept directions, they tracked oil and dirt through the house dirtied our bathroom and carpet throughout the house, that was on the “moving from “ end. On the delivery end every box that was marked fragile, kitchen, was delivered crushed and many dishes that were more than a hundred years old and various other dishes, wall art and furniture were destroyed and again the movers left grease on the carpets and we were missing One box of tools which had a couple hundred dollars of power tools and a 6ft Werner stepladder.Also on the delivery end (as a little bonus) the movers put holes in our walls by running furniture into them and ripped the molding and sill away from the front an back doors, and left their trash/ crate material in our garage.we have tried on multiple occasions to rectify this with Hercules but every time we call they tell us they’ll call us back and they don’t.
