This is was my first time getting fitted for running shoes. And it was such a great experience at fleet feet. The customer service was wonderful and is definitely a high note the overall experience. Leah assisted me through the fitting process and was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I was neither rushed or pressured to buy their shoes. It took me about half a hour from start to finish. Leah helped me pick the right running shoes for me. Thank you!

My husband and I were greeted by Joey as soon as we walked in, and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. I was looking for a new pair of running shoes, and Joey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to ask really thoughtful questions about my running habits and training goals to make sure I found the best fit.

What I appreciated most was how patient and detailed he was—he didn’t rush me or try to pressure me into buying shoes. He just focused on helping me find what I needed, and his confidence in his knowledge made me feel like I was in good hands. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with your choice, and that really stood out.

It was the most personal and thorough shoe purchasing experience i’ve ever had. The foot measurement process is absolutely fascinating. My foot expert brought out 3 different brands at once and all of them were the right size. I walked in looking for a Hoka shoe because that’s what everyone is raving about, but after trying on all three pairs she brought out, I ended up going with the Karhu. I’ve never even heard of this shoe before, but it’s the most comfortable shoe I’ve worn. Thanks again.

I give Fleet Feet 5/5 because the customer service was excellent, even with how busy it was. I had a scheduled appointment for shoe sizing and insoles and ended up spending about two hours there trying on different shoes, getting my feet properly sized and picking an insole. Despite my limited knowledge about shoes and how they should feel, Scott was incredibly helpful and patient. He worked with the small amount of information I could provide and ultimately found shoes that feel just right for me.

I will definitely shop here again. I took my 86 yo mother to get shoes here. The store was busy but the customer service didn’t reflect it. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely shop here again!

Scott R is the man. First time in one of the Fleet Feet stores, as well as being new to running, and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be coming back in the future when it’s time for a new pair of shoes.
