Here's what I (and many others, too, I'm sure) say: "It's not about the business alone: it's about the PEOPLE who run the business and HOW they run their business". This sums up these cats named Exped. I had a small issue with a product of theirs and the customer service was AMAZING (5 years after I bought the product): whether it was talking to a real person who actually cared (they cared a lot!) or whether it was their incredibly fast turnaround time for the repair when I explained my needs due to an upcoming trip--they nailed it 110%. These cats have my business now and into the future. Well done, Exped! Keep it up.

I almost exclusively sleep on my megamats, so when I got punctures in my OG mat I was absolutely crushed. Reached out to them for help and the service/support was beyond! Thank you for helping and repairing my mat!

I'd give them 10 starts if I could! I emailed Exped regarding a blown ballast in a sleeping mat that I purchased a number of years ago on a weekend. They contacted me on Monday and I had a new mat in my hands on Thursday. They had great customer service. They went above and beyond of what I expected. I will definitely buy products from them again.

Have to say I had the best experience with customer service ever. I had a Synmat HL that was out of warranty and one of the tubes failed. Exped replaced it free of charge without even blinking and no questions asked. I had a similar problem with a Thermorest NeoAir I bought at REI but I got major hassle trying to return it even though it had a lifetime warranty. I've been a fan of Exped for some time, but this experience made me one for life. Great products and even better customer service.

I have a Synmat and an Air pillow. The Synmat has worked great from backpacking to sleeping on friends floors - really supportive and very well made. Air pillow is really handy and packs down to about the size of a film canister (if anyone remembers those!). Exped customer service is fantastic and couldn't be easier to deal with!
