I wanted so badly to recommend this business but sadly I just cannot. I was looking for tables and chairs for my mother’s 100th birthday party and found this vendor. Everything initially started off fine. The owner Ms V had reasonable prices and was very accommodating and understood that I was an out of town renter. She assured me we had plenty of time to complete the rental and we communicated via text up until a few days before the rental at which time I paid for the rental in full. She said that she would deliver the items “sometime Friday night but could not give me a specific window of time. I explained to her that if she could give me an approximate time because of my aged mother and sisters and she could not. My sisters home where the delivery was coming are all senior citizens taking care of our 100 year old mother. I just didn’t want it to be to late and disturbing to them as my mother had been in the hospital the night before. My sister called me about 830pm and stated that Ms V had come but did not bring all the items and that she had to come back in the morning. When I called and asked her why she didn’t inform me that the order would be incomplete is when her whole demeanor and professionalism went right out of the window. As in some of the other bad reviews she has, she was dismissive, condescending, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She made excuses about having no knowledge of the order being short until the last minute and my sister should’ve told me as she had no time to explain to everyone. I only asked her to call my sister when she was in her way. My sister was not her customer, I was and she didn’t have the professional etiquette to call me and explain the glitch. She even reemed me for not paying in a timely manner and that technically she wasn’t late because my party wasn’t until the next day. As a business owner that includes event planning, I understand that there can be mishaps. I get it. What I don’t tolerate is rudeness and disrespect and unfortunately that’s how I was treated. The due date of the invoice was the day of the party but yet she claimed that I paid outside of the window of when it was due This was a deflection and had nothing to do with the fact that she did not call me to tell me the order was incomplete. I had plans for set up that I had to change last minute due to her refusal to communicate As you can see even in her response that she had no consideration for my elderly family stating that that was my problem that had nothing to do with her!! Awful customer care! . I don’t pay to be talked down to. . I am opening a new office of my business in Chicago and was seeking someone like her for a a plethora of events coming up in the near future Unfortunately it won’t be this one. Big mistake! Huge! I will find someone that appreciates my business. One with respectful customer service. This one isn’t it.
