Jacob and Paul were exceptional movers. The experience couldn’t have been any better. Communication was perfect, they adapted to some of our odd pieces of furniture and took great care of it all. Our move was from a small tight street in a college town to the middle of nowhere in New Mexico, very different types of houses. I would add that they were both also polite and kind and full of smiles, all of which made this a wonderful move. We felt very comfortable with them both and trusted them entirely. We definitely would use them again and recommend them fully!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Paul and George were very personable and friendly. The level of professionalism this company offers is on another level, this is what everyone needs in a moving company. We will definitely be using them again for future moves and highly recommending them for anyone who needs to move. You guys were great and saved me on this move when the brokers fell through and created problems (another company). Highly recommend Heiza!

After a not pleasant experience with the broker... I was completely amazed and Grateful for Paul and Blaze. They showed up professional, and helped us understand the process along the way. Paul moved mountains, literally, to get our belongings move. FAST!! On the delivery Paul and George showed up and we had to run for a flight..... They took everything over and we made it to the airport. I really can't say enough good about our experience with Paul, Blaze , and George. And since I'll be moving more things soon I will definitely be reaching out.... DIRECTLY ? THANK YOU!

Heiza LLC moved us 2 weeks ago and we couldn't have asked for a better mover. They were very professional, prompt and took such great care of our things. We hired them to only move the bulky items, however, they took even the little things. I highly recommend them.

Had bad experience with the broker, but these guys were excellent! Showed up the morning of my move ready to go. Very kind and professional. Got me loaded up and moved in the same day- even unloaded in the rain. Reassembled all of my furniture where I wanted it. As I'm unpacking, it seems like nothing was broken. Paul and George were great!

This is by far honestly the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with a day in my life. What makes it even more worse is I didn’t even choose them for myself to work with. I was connected to them from American allegiance thinking I was working with them the entire time but instead Heiza. I went over 30 days without my items and was not once told an ETA date or time throughout the entire month, but got charged $1200 extra for storage fees and re delivery. But they were the ones who apparently couldn’t deliver my stuff in time for my deliver date. Not only that, they rudely tried to profile me on the phone saying l made them uncomfortable when all I was asking is questions about the arrival of my belongings. Because I had mandatory training for a new job, I wanted to get the day off when my stuff would be delivered to report to my boss. So they tried to make me send a photo of a check before they even was gonna attempt to deliver my items better yet receive them because apparently I made them “uncomfortable.”of course I did not do that because who in their right mind would. Make a long story short, they delivered my stuff days before they were breeching their contract and then my items were scratched and damaged. They didn’t even put my sectional together they only placed it and then half screwed my coffee table to wear it literally rocks like it’s tow up. To top everything, they wanted me to only pay cash or cashier check all of a sudden and said that’s all they would accept. But when you picked my items a month ago you accepted it before just over last month. When they arrived off rip the driver left with my money orders to cash them before even starting. Completely opposite how they worked when they picked my stuff up. I have never experienced anything like this and no one else should from them. You can’t strong arm me though, this is only the start. So people beware.

The guys did a great job boxing and moving my home from Arkansas to Louisiana. This was completed over a two day period and the best part is they set my gym up better than I had it at my last home. This team was great, nice and very professional.

We had to push our move back a day because of a snowstorm. When we finally got to our destination of Los Angeles, California, a lot of things went wrong. But the movers were very patient and went the extra mile to help, and even helped to unlock my car because I had locked my keys in the car. They had to charge more due to the long distance between the truck and our apartment. But they and their boss worked out a deal for us, and finally got us moved in. We are very grateful to them for everything they did.
