Stephen, Emmanuel & Samuel were our superhero’s!! They truly saved the day! My current lease ends Monday I had to be in my new apartment this weekend and I had previously booked movers, well they no call no showed and I was left scrambling at 1pm on a Saturday! Good Greek Moving to the rescue! Stephen, Emmanuel & Samuel came to my residence asap added to their list of stops, they quickly and efficiently loaded up all of my stuff with no problems even my heaviest items were nothing for them! They took care with all items, wrapped and packed anything needing assistance. Very attentive and friendly as well! They worked a long day already and still did not let that affect their performance or mood! They stayed with me until late into the night to set up all my furniture at the new place! I was able to shower and sleep in my new place stress free due to these three men and good Greek moving!! I couldn’t thank them enough for truly how amazing they were! Will be recommending them and using them again!

He took the time to briefly explain the entire process, which set clear expectations. Then, he expertly orchestrated his team, ensuring everyone knew their duties.

What impressed me most was their efficiency. They jumped right into action and didn’t stop until everything was completed. Each member was focused and worked seamlessly together, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Courtney Cole, Miguel Barrow, and Manuel Gonzalez were amazing! They packed our TVs and all our heavy stuff so well that the sticky notes we put on the furniture to tell us what was going, were still there when we unpacked everything. Definitely use Good Greek and request this team if you have to move!

The "Crooked Greek" is a more fitting name for this company. My experience was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. Despite clearly communicating that I did not have a confirmed moving date, they sent me a contract for a specific date that I had explicitly told them wouldn’t work. Instead of addressing my concerns, their responses were dismissive and failed to resolve the issue.

Their lack of coordination and attention to detail is shocking for a company handling something as significant as a move. It’s evident that they prioritize locking in contracts over listening to their customers' needs. When I finally decided to cancel, I was assured that my security deposit would be refunded "100% within 48 hours." It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I have yet to receive my money back.

The complete disregard for customer service and follow-through is unacceptable. This experience has left me with no confidence in their reliability, and I would strongly advise against using their services. "Good" Greek has not only wasted my time but also continues to hold on to my deposit with no resolution in sight. Avoid this company at all costs.

$5,000 for a 1/2 of a job with MULTIPLE BROKEN ITEMS is completely unacceptable!!! Broke my brand new $500 tv. Damaged brand new dressers. Total price was over 2x the quote!!! Horrible experience with management. When told to call the next day because the manager wasn’t in the office, the number the manager left me was a nonexistent number. Wrote to them via email about what to do about damaged items and still no response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR VALUED ITEMS!

After providing the company with a list of items needed to be moved, AND us recommending two trucks, they stated that they would be able to do it in the allotted amount of time with four men and one truck. This was not the case, we have already self loaded 2 U-Haul’s in order to complete our move. Plenty of other good moving companies out there, stay away from Good Greek.

Stephen & Crew were outstanding! They were so professional, unbelievably hard workers, and such a pleasure to work with. They handled our furniture with such care. We had a medium grand piano to move and they did such a GREAT job! They really represent your company well and Stephen is an awesome crew leader!!!!!
