All My Son’s Moving came through for us on a last minute move. Cecil and Antonio arrived on time at 8 AM on a Sunday morning. They worked together as a team to get everything wrapped and loaded quickly. They arrived at our new home and unloaded the truck just as quick and efficiently. We will use tAll My Son’s on our next move and hopefully will have Cecil and Antonio next time!

Cecil and his team were fantastic; great humor and took very good care of my belongings that had been poorly packed by a previous company.

We had some unexpected downtown parking complications, but they were super flexible and worked around it without any hassle.

Can’t recommend All My Sons enough! They’ll make the process fun and stress free. I hope to never move again, but if I do I’m calling them.

All My Sons Moving & Storage went above and beyond for our move. They carefully prepped and packed all of our large furniture. We had zero damages during packing, transport, and unloading. They did a wonderful job of moving with care and avoiding leaving marks on our walls or floors! Would highly recommend their team to anyone and would definitely use them again. The staff was also kind and courteous and willing to do whatever asked of them - Joe E, Mekhi, Cory, and Houston. We truly appreciate their hard work!

Part1:
I only used this company b/c my parents old neighbor used to work for them, & thought they were a good choice! I wish i would’ve researched more. This was the worst moving experience i’ve ever had! Overpriced for no reason!

When Ken & his crew arrived, i was never introduced to the workers. When Ken was going over the information, he wasn’t rude but kept sighing the whole time. He made it a point to tell me multiple times how much glass i had, then had the nerve to tell me the move was going to cost me a lot.

He asked if i had some water, i informed him that i had water, but everything was packed in my car b/c i’m moving! i heard him outside begging my neighbor for water, saying i didn’t have any. Later i found an empty water bottle in the yard (he didn’t have the decency to discard it properly). He managed to bring red bull to drink, & left the can sitting on the counter, instead of discarding it properly. As much as this company charges, the workers should bring their own drinks, why should the customer have to provide! He managed to have cigarettes to smoke during his smoke breaks, was that more important than having water to keep hydrated!

I informed that i couldn’t unscrew the hoses for my washer, i was told they couldn’t help unscrew the hoses, & if i couldn’t do it, it would be left behind. I was finally able to get the hose unscrewed. They wouldn’t take boxes that were open, so i had to repack a couple of boxes in order for them to move them. Ken tried getting the refrigerator out different ways, i finally remembered they took the doors off. I mentioned a couple of ways to try to get it out, & was told no matter what it won’t be able to be moved with the doors on. I informed that i would take the doors off, & asked if he (Ken) knew how to take the doors off, he said no. So then i had to decide to leave the refrigerator.

I understood that my glass would be wrapped to safely move, however i questioned why they wrapped my bedroom furniture b/c it was wood, i was given the excuse that they didn’t want to scratch it. This in my opinion was an excuse b/c they didn’t want to take the drawers out separately. I had that furniture moved b/3, the movers used large covers to cover the furniture to avoid scratches. They had heavy covers that they could’ve used instead of all that plastic wrap that i feel i was definitely over charged for! I don’t think they wrapped my bedside table, which has a marble top! They also wrapped my stove, which again wasn’t necessary. With the bedroom furniture, i feel they should’ve asked me if i wanted the non glass items wrapped!

What’s crazy is, i brought a plastic couch cover to cover my leather couch while in storage. When i went outside to drive to the storage facility,, i found my plastic couch cover laying bunched up on my steps leading to the driveway. When inquired with Ken about the cover & it being left on the ground, he smirked & said it fell off. Didn’t explain why they would leave it on the ground. Then i inquired if they wrapped my couch, he said no, & asked if i wanted it wrapped. i told him i wasn’t paying for any additional materials, he said it wouldn’t cost extra, then wrapped the couch. So they wrapped the wood furniture to avoid scratches, but wasn’t going to wrap my leather couch, which already had a plastic cover when they moved it! This made no sense!

At one point i heard Ken talking about me outside, so when they returned inside i nicely informed him i heard him talking about me, & corrected him b/c he tried to change what he said. Even after all this going on i kept my cool!

I would caution anyone from using this company and tell you to seriously look elsewhere! The movers themselves were pleasant, however, I am left with $3,000 in broken or damaged furniture and additional extensive grooves and scrapes in my hardwood floor, which has been quoted at just under $2,000 to fix. Even worse is the “response” from the claims department, if you even get a response at all. Their remedy is to reimburse me $245. There is zero care or concern for their customers and our belongings, so forewarning to avoid at all cost.

I got 3 guys for my move. They were the most courteous, careful and speedy movers I have ever worked with. They had 2 guys loading stuff and 1 guy wrapping everything. Dukhan was one of the guys and he was great. They are not the cheapest, but the best never is. I will certainly use them next time I move.

Long, but worth the read! If I could give 0 stars I would, but you have to give at least one. We were quoted originally at $800-$1,200 for our 3 bedroom house move. This should have been our first red flag as it was considerably lower than every other quote we got, but their reviews online were overall good, so we trusted it. The day of the move started off great. I got the guys donuts and drinks and they got to work pretty quickly. I was told they charge for all the material they use to wrap things (and they wrap EVERYTHING), but again thought it would be within the original quoted price. The move ended up taking much longer then I expected, but every time I walked by the living room as I was bringing boxes out to my car, there were at least 2-3 guys joking around, talking about shoes, or looking at their phones. There were lots of items we were never planning on moving (so they weren't included in the original quote), and the movers continued to ask me if they could take it home with them, which I thought was really weird and put me in an uncomfortable position. We were leaving some bar stools chairs, workout equipment, and random items that weren't packed (like video game things) and these were the items the movers kept coming up to me and asking if they can take it. I actually ended up letting one of the guys take 2 bar stools, but again I felt really awkward that they were asking to take my stuff for free. At the beginning of the move when we covered what was going and what was staying, we ended up not wanting to move the basement fridge or basement deep freezer, so I honestly thought we would be paying closer to the lower end of our original quote because of that. After everything is loaded up and we get to the new house, you need to pay before they start unloading. We were given the tablet to pay and it was $2,200! That's $1000 MORE than the original quote, and that's with not moving 2 very heavy, large items that were originally on the list. They can keep your items "hostage" if you don't pay, so we had no choice but to pay it. I was speechless. The guys honestly moved pretty quickly with unloading the truck, which I appreciated, but they absolutely destroyed my wall right by the garage door. I attached a picture of part of the damage (there are 3 other walls next to this they damaged but this was the worst of it). They apologized immediately and said that the claims department will pay to get it fixed right away. I'm not a confrontational person so I said no problem, accidents happen, and left it at that. We then tipped these guys (I read online that is usually standard) because overall they were nice, funny guys, and then they left. I then go back to the old house and that's when I see that the movers left my garage stall door and the garage door to the house wide open. I confirmed with the guys before we both left (garage is on the side of the house where they parked, and I was at the front of the house by my car) that they closed the garage and they said they did. I also saw that they unplugged my deep freezer which was full of breast milk for my newborn and left it in the middle of the garage. Thankfully it had only been a few hours at this point so nothing was unfrozen or else I would have been devastated losing all of that milk. I have no idea why the deep freezer was moved when we had the conversation 2 different times that I'm not moving the deep freezer today. We then went back and forth with the company for over a month about getting the damage fixed the movers did. We were just told that they are not going to pay the entire amount to fix the wall. We have sent the bid we received 3 separate times and continue to get told that they are only going to pay a portion of it. So on top of spending $1000 MORE than the original quote, buying the movers breakfast, drinks, and tipping (which was my fault for trying to be nice), we are now going to have to pay out of pocket to get this damage fixed they did. Again I'm speechless. Save yourself the nightmare and please go with a different company.
