Don't do it!! Absolutely horrible customer service! They take your money and won't help you after that! I promise you'll end up upset and disappointed!!
I was even harassed by text message by one of their employees after a call with them did not go so well. What kind of business threatens and intimidates a customer!? I wish I never gave them a $1,500 deposit! They didn't show up on the day they were supposed to to move me. I'm closing on my house in one day and my stuff needs to be out. Nobody will help me when I call to find out what's going on. I'm seriously sitting here screwed!

Finally received our items after the delivery date was moved several times. They were not proactive with letting me know what was going on with our items. I would have to call them to get the status of our delivery date which changed several times. At one point when the sub contractor showed up to delivery our items to another state they tried to charge an additional $1000 plus. No way, that was not the agreed upon amount on the contract and my items did not change. It was all downhill from there. To top it off, the customer service was horrible. The young lady that answers the phone (i won’t call her a customer service rep) was absolutely horrible. Rude, she argues with you, she lies about returning calls etc. i asked for manager when i no longer wanted to deal with her and she stated she does not have a manager or supervisor. Does that mean she owns the company? Everyone reports to someone. I don’t know if this was an isolated incident but she should not be representing your company. I don’t plan to move from state to state again but rest assured i will not use this company again and don’t suggest anyone does.

State To State Move team of 3 showed up 10 mins before start time. The team was friendly, fast and efficient. The team was very careful with large items and wrapped all fragile items with protective cloth and plastic. We thought the move would take 9-10 hours, in the end it took 7.5 hours. Money well spent, I would recommend State To State Move to anyone.

Waited over 10 hours for them to arrive to pick up my furniture (finally arriving at 9PM when was told 10AM) after being told over and over again that it would only be another hour. When they finally arrived I asked them if they had a lot of other moves this morning... told me no they were just loading a storage unit. Additionally, when I asked where they were that was taking so long they said their was traffic but when I checked it was only an hour drive away.... not a single accident but took an additional 5 hours after that to get to my apartment. Worst of all, they up charged us $500 on arrival despite the binding contact we had prior to the move. Our contact we had been speaking with the entire process wouldn't answer a single call from us the entire day nor did she ever call us back regarding all the issues we had. The physical movers worked very hard but John who basically ordered them around was extremely rude and dishonest. My friend had a similar experience if not a worse experience with John. I would HIGHLY avoid using this company especially if you are doing a long distance move!!
